Publication Guidelines
International Insights Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (IIJMR) follows clear, author-friendly guidelines to ensure fast and smooth publication. All manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Plagiarism must be below 15% (excluding references). AI-generated content, if used, must be declared in the Methods section and should not exceed 20% of the text.
1. Submission Process (Easy & Fast) Manuscripts are submitted only by email to: insightresearch.org@gmail.comUse this exact subject line: “Submission – [Manuscript Title] – [Corresponding Author Name]” Attach these five separate files:
A. Cover Letter
B. Title Page (with full author details)
C. Anonymous Main Manuscript (for double-blind review)
D. Figures/Tables in editable format
E. Any supplementary material
You will receive an acknowledgement with a Manuscript ID within 48 hours. No online registration is needed. 
2. General Requirements All papers must be written in clear academic English or Hindi, free from grammatical errors. Use formal language and structure.
3. Formatting Guidelines • Page size: A4, 1-inch margins on all sides • Line spacing: 1.5 • Font: English – Times New Roman 12 pt; Hindi – Mangal or Nirmala UI 12 pt • Page numbers: Bottom right, starting from Title Page Required order of sections: Title, Abstract (250-300 words), Keywords (4-6), Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements, Declarations, References, Appendices.
4. Title Page (Separate File) Include full title, all authors’ names, affiliations, ORCID (if available), and corresponding author’s email & phone number.
5. Abstract and Keywords Structured abstract (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion) of 250-300 words. No citations. Add 4-6 relevant keywords immediately after the abstract.
6. Citation Style • English papers: APA 7th Edition (strict) • Hindi papers: MLA 9th Edition Use Zotero, Mendeley or EndNote. Include DOI wherever possible. References must be complete and in alphabetical order.
7. Figures, Tables and Illustrations Place them in the text with clear captions. Submit high-resolution separate files (300 dpi minimum). Colour figures are free. Tables must be editable, not images. Provide alt-text for accessibility.
8. Peer-Review Process Every paper undergoes strict double-blind review by at least two international or national experts. Average time: 4-6 weeks. You will be informed of acceptance, revision, or rejection.
9. Article Processing Charges (APC) No submission fee. APC is charged only after acceptance (current rates available on request). Full or partial waivers are available for deserving authors from developing countries and early-career researchers.
10. Revisions and Final Publication Submit revised version within the given time with a point-by-point Response to Reviewers letter. After final acceptance, you will receive galley proofs (72 hours to approve). The article is published online immediately with DOI and full open access. Copyright transfers to the journal.
11. Special Issues & Conference Proceedings Conference papers, symposiums or workshop proceedings are welcome for special issues. They must follow the same peer-review process and journal scope.We strongly encourage high-quality, interdisciplinary and globally relevant research that addresses real-world issues.
